Charles Stanley is my preacher even though I live in a different state. He is solid and steadfast. He hasn't changed with the times or gotten into politics. He speaks, I listen. I could not put this book down. Read that book title slowly: Living - in the - Power - of the - Holy - Spirit. What does that mean to you? Living in the Power of the Holy Spirit means freedom, exhilaration, fulfillment. It is something we know, we should know, we've heard all our lives but … we don't immerse ourselves into the great possibilities available by living in the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you, Pastor Stanley, for writing this all down in a super book. I told all my friends and family about this book. It is a great book. I can already feel the difference in my life as I try to live in the power of the Holy Spirit.

I have read many good books on the topic of the Holy Spirit.Charles Stanley has become my favorite author on the subject.His explanations and examples are easy to understand and follow. Obedience to the Word of God is how we truly begin to find what we have been looking for from the start. Living a spirit filled life, guided by the Holy Spirit is God's gift to every believer.
I would highly recommend this book to beginner Christians who have recently accepted Christ as their Savior; or, those people who are thinking about their eternal salvation. I would also recommend this book to those who have been saved by the blood of Christ. It's a great reminder of what the Holy Spirit has done for us, is to us and how He is working in US if we allow Him.
I was looking for a spirit filled book on the holy spirit and found it in this book. The book was ease to read, informative, scripturebased, and powerful. I found my self reading pages over and over again.
